faire des crepes


Today is All Saints Day, a great day to
learn how to make  crepes.  We went
upstairs to Marie's and Marie and Laure
 demonstrated making the
crepe batter.

300 g flour
2 eggs
milk to make batter quite liquid
vanilla to taste

measure the flour
place the flour into a bowl


add the eggs
mix the eggs into the flour

add some milk and then a wee bit of vanilla

pour batter into pan and swirl to coat pan

cook for a few minutes

et voila!  add  nutella and eat
sorry Piper, no crepes for you
