Today is All Saints Day, a great day to
learn how to make crepes. We went
upstairs to Marie's and Marie and Laure
demonstrated making the
crepe batter.
300 g flour
2 eggs
milk to make batter quite liquid
vanilla to taste
| measure the flour |

| place the flour into a bowl |

| add the eggs |
![]() |
| mix the eggs into the flour |
![]() |
| add some milk and then a wee bit of vanilla |

| pour batter into pan and swirl to coat pan |

| cook for a few minutes |

et voila! add nutella and eat
